Boy plays music he writes. Girl plays music she writes. One day girl goes over to boy's house and they start singing together.  Boy smiles. Girl smiles back. Flash forward to their wedding day a few years later. Flash forward to 2007 when the realization hits them that every musical move they've been making as separate performers has been with the collaboration and support of the other. Sweet Talk Radio is formed. Boy smiles. Girl smiles back.

SWEET TALK RADIO is the husband and wife team of Kathrin Shorr & Tim Burlingame. Their new CD, “My Hallelujah”, much like the lyrical images it references – Hank Williams, the mighty Mississippi River or the changing current of a love affair – is full of strength and vulnerability.

Together, Kathrin and Tim have had songs featured in numerous television series like “In Plain Sight” (USANetwork), “Army Wives” (Lifetime) , “Beautiful People” (ABC Family) and “Joan of Arcadia” (CBS), as well as various commercials. Sweet Talk Radio have opened for/shared the stage with: Colin Hay, Shawn Colvin, The Weepies, Glen Phillips, Kelly Jo Phelps, Kenny Loggins, Crosby Loggins and Jimmy LaFave.

Written and produced at their home in Los Angeles, “My Hallelujah” draws on the dynamic combination of Shorr’s passionate vocals and Burlingame’s spacious guitar. It’s all about chemistry. Songs that matter. Properties and reactions.
